This policy explains how www-flux3.net handles information when you browse the site, create an account, upload media, request a generation, purchase credits or contact support.
Information we may receive
We may receive account details supplied through Clerk, uploaded images and generation inputs, task and creation records, purchase and credit information, support messages, and basic technical data such as browser type, device type, pages visited, approximate region and error logs. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored directly by this website.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, synchronize the local account, process generation tasks and uploads, display creations and balances, complete payments, prevent abuse, secure and operate the service, diagnose errors and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and retention
Clerk provides identity services, Stripe processes checkout, and infrastructure or model providers may process data required to upload media and complete generation tasks. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, accounting, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations.
Your choices
You may sign out, delete individual creations where the interface provides that option, or contact support about account information. Do not upload confidential material or personal data unless you have authority to use it for the requested generation.
